I'd like to share with you a video we just posted on Current.com that recounts the story of Kalil Cohen's experience of being transgender in the LGBT community of LA and active involvement with ENDA. The video draws commentary from HRC and their course of action with ENDA. Kalil discusses the necessary lifestyle choices in order to be accepted into the workplace as well as drawbacks of HRC/ENDA.
