Counselor Competency with Transgender Clients scale development

We are conducting a study of practitioner competency in working with transgender individuals. You do not have to have had experience working with transgender clients in order to participate. The purpose of this study is to validate a scale to measure psychologists competency in working with transgender clients, as provide benchmarking information for the scale. Individuals who are doctoral students, or have already obtained a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counselor Education are encouraged to participate. By posting this link to this group, we hope to gain important information from professionals who specialize in working with transgender clients to fulfill the objective of providing benchmarking data for this scale. Please participate only once. Most participants are able to finish the survey in about 10-12 minutes or less. Your involvement in this project is greatly appreciated.
